Mower Schedule Setting- Philips

When the mower moved on the lawn, user need to make the adjustment based on personal situation. The current Single setting can’t fill up the user needs and they also meet kinds of problems. In this project which aims provide the effortless experience for user. I owned the UX design and led the strategy for this feature

Challenges

When users want to use the lawn mower, they need to set the mowing time in advance in the settings. However, they encounter many problems during this scheduled time period. Based on the feedback collected, the main problems are:

I redesigned the booking process to divide it into weekday/weekend/single day time slots to make it easier for customers to book. At the same time, the recurring option reduced the inefficiency of repetitive tasks every week.
